Fair & transparent commission rates
We only take a small commission from each sale to help cover website and promotional costs.
Commission rates range from 10% to 30%, depending on the type of product:
International shipped items: 25%–30%
Digital products (eBooks, music, etc.): 10%–15%
Local handmade items (e.g., baskets): 20%
We will clearly tell you the commission rate for each product before it goes live.
You will receive your earnings within 5–7 working days after your product is delivered to the buyer or the digital file is sent.
Timely Payments
We will notify you when a sale is made and confirm your payment details before payout.
Secure & convenient payment methods
We pay you through a method that suits your location:
Local sellers (PNG): Bank Transfer or CellMoni
Overseas sellers: PayPal or Western Union
Your payment details remain secure and confidential.
Responsive seller support
If you have questions or issues, we’re here to help.
You can contact us via WhatsApp, Email, or Facebook, and we aim to respond within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends).
We will guide you through listing, product delivery, and getting paid.

Delivery method (shipping or digital download)
Your preferred payment method (for commission payouts)

Your product must be your own creation — whether it's a handmade item or digital product like an eBook.
No copied, stolen, or rebranded content is allowed.
Quality and presentation
Products should be of good quality, neat, and well-presented (especially for handmade items).
Photos should be clear, and descriptions must be accurate and honest.
Clear product purpose
Products should serve a meaningful purpose — to bless, inspire, or be useful in a Christian's life.
Christian eBooks should be based on sound doctrine, aiming to teach, encourage, or grow someone's faith.
Commitment to responsible selling
Sellers must:
Respond to messages in a timely manner
Fulfill delivery expectations (especially for physical products)

Review & correction process
If your product listing contains mistakes (wrong description, price, photo, etc.):
We will review the issue quickly.
If an error is found, we will correct it within 1 business day.
You’ll be notified and asked to approve any changes if needed.
Fair investigation of disputes
If you believe you’ve been treated unfairly (in sales, commission, communication, etc.):
We will listen to your side and investigate the situation fairly.
If another party is involved (such as a buyer), we will communicate with both sides before making a decision.
Our goal is always to protect both the seller and the integrity of the platform.
You may request for your product to be removed or updated at any time.
If you are no longer comfortable with your product being listed:
